Shepherd’s Hollow is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team working in our Pro Shop. Requirements

Friendly and Outgoing : Able to interact positively with guests and staff.
Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.
A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, evening, and some weekend shifts
High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
Must display good judgement and problem solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in golf and customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service.
Manage incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
Handle customer check-in procedures for reservations efficiently and accurately.
Maintain and replenish inventory levels in the pro shop.
Actively sell pro shop merchandise and assist customers with product selection.
