About The Position

ProProduct Development Representatives are crucial team members who identify and connect with existing ServiceTitan customers on how Pro modules can enhance their ServiceTitan ROI and also add value to prospective customers in giving understanding of the core program. A successful candidate will book product demonstrations between the existing customer and the Account Manager or with New Logo Account Executives and assist with closing the deal through detailed discovery calls and notes that identify key areas of opportunities. You will be given extensive coaching and development from managers, enablement coaches, and various teams to ensure you are set up for success to build a long term career in Sales. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success (in a cross-sell or up-sell capacity)
  • 12+ months of outbound calling experience
  • Ability to travel domestically 50%
  • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging new or existing customers, demonstrating value of add-on products and the core ServiceTitan platform with booking overview calls/demonstrations for Account Managers
  • Conduct high volume engagement through outbound calls (30/day) and emails
  • Strategically craft honest relationships and genuine rapport with customers and prospects
  • Drive customers/ prospects to discover unmet needs or pain points and how we can deliver extraordinary value and remediate those pain points
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Account Managers to develop and implement appropriate communication plans
  • Log and maintain all activity in tech stacks provided
  • Assist with weekly reporting on active campaigns and any ad-hoc requests
  • Act as a liaison for customers and other internal teams, e.g. Core Sales, Pro Sales Team, Customer Success,Support, etc.
  • Tradeshow and event attendance with crossover booking between both Core and Pro
