About The Position

Nugget Markets is seeking outgoing and friendly team members to join their Pro-Clean team. This role is with a family-owned company that values its associates and takes pride in a job well done. The primary responsibilities involve ensuring a clean, sanitary, and attractive shopping environment for guests by performing regular cleaning tasks and deep cleaning projects throughout the store. Associates will also handle any cleaning duties assigned by supervisors and comply with all safety regulations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess basic problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
A positive attitude is essential!

Responsibilities

Ensure guests have a clean, sanitary and attractive shopping environment
Perform regular cleaning tasks
Perform deep cleaning projects throughout the store
Conduct store wide hourly sweeps
Check bathrooms hourly for cleanliness
Empty and dispose of all trash from trashcans
Maintain the cleanliness of the outside entrance and patio areas, hosing down when needed
Respond to clean up calls (wet and dry)
Create cardboard bales as needed
Comply with all safety regulations including proper lifting, operation of machinery
Handle any cleaning duties assigned by supervisors (break room refrigerator, stairway walls, etc.)
