As the US PRO & B2B Coordinator you will be a key member of the Nordic Knots PRO Sales team, owning the service processes for B2B/Wholesale Partnerships in the US and supporting the growth of our PRO business. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about design and the Nordic Knots brand and has a background in Wholesale, Sales Operations/ Support or Trade Sales to manage all workflows between Sales, CX and Operations for our B2B (Dropship & Wholesale) partners as well as supporting inbound Pre-Sales inquiries from Trade. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and excited to grow within a sales environment.
