Create, modify, and repair trollies, work station tables, hand rails, platforms, computer stands, material supply racks, safety guards, etc. 5S cables and wires throughout the plant. Role and Responsibilities LEVEL 1 -- Temporarily fill in for critical positions across the production floor -- Assist production in daily tasks -- Knowledge of tools, systems, and machine sequences for complete cycle -- Cross-train, and assist other teammates -- Modify the work stations -- Explain process and correct work methods to associates -- Uses cutting saws -- Volunteer to work on weekend (if needed) -- All other duties as assigned LEVEL 2 -- All level 1 job duties -- The ability to make timely decisions and provide feedback to others -- Creative thinking to develop ideas to improve efficiency -- Detect and define the equipment issues clearly -- Ability to design and build needed materials -- Troubleshoot, reboot, and recovery -- Document work, repair and communicate to management -- Create and participate in improvement ideas -- All other duties as assigned LEVEL 3 -- All level 1 and 2 job duties -- On the job welding training -- Basic knowledge and understanding of welding -- Joins, fabricates, and repairs metal and weldable materials by applying appropriate welding techniques -- Interprets blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process -- Report all findings to management and team members -- All other duties as assigned #LI-ONSITE
