IU Health Medical Group South Region is hiring! We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospice/Palliative Care team at the Hospice House in Bloomington, Indiana. IU Health Palliative Care is focused on improving quality of life while dealing with a serious illness and providing personalized care that is focused on the patient, not just their disease, supporting care goals through pain and symptom management, spiritual and psychosocial counseling and assistance in advance care planning. We aim to support the patient and their loved ones. Position Details: This is a PRN hybrid opportunity with limited on-site requirements. Provide clinical consults with patient/family members at the Bloomington, Indiana Hospice House (rounding within 24 hours of admission) 48-hour on-call (at home/on phone) coverage - Saturday 8:00am to Monday 8:00am.
