About The Position

Sprenger Health Care is a third generation, leading developer, owner and operator of senior living communities and services in Ohio and South Carolina. Through our 12-nursing home, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities encompassing nearly 2,000 beds, we provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation. The PRN Transporter position involves transporting residents to and from appointments safely, assisting with loading and unloading, ensuring proper paperwork, and escorting residents if necessary. This role requires demonstrating exceptional customer service and interacting effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community. Requirements

State-approved nursing assistant or similar experience
valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Transport residents to and from appointments in a manner conducive to resident safety.
Assist with loading and unloading residents from the vehicle.
Ensure that all proper paperwork has been given prior to leaving facility.
Escort residents to appointments if necessary.
Demonstrates exceptional customer services and interacts effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community.
