About The Position

We are pleased to announce the following available position: PRN THERAPIST. The Therapist is responsible for obtaining assessments; conducting individual/group therapy on assigned cases; completing documentation per policy and procedure; case coordination; coordinating discharge planning; assisting in developing and maintaining community resource information; ensuring good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participating in continuing education activities.

Requirements

• Masters degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field
• Licensed as LCSW, LMHC, OR LMFT

Responsibilities

• Obtain assessments
• Conduct individual/group therapy on assigned cases
• Complete documentation per policy and procedure
• Coordinate case management
• Coordinate discharge planning
• Assist in developing and maintaining community resource information
• Ensure good clinical judgment for optimum patient care
• Participate in continuing education activities
