Hours and Location: This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are located at 11233 Shadow Creek Pkwy #200 Pearland, TX 77584 Subject to cover other Omnicell pharmacy locations in The Woodlands and Houston Area How You’ll Make an Impact: As a Staff Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll contribute to a community’s well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management. Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more The above information describes the general nature and level of work performed in the role. Requirements
- Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Texas
Nice To Haves
- Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy
