Omnicell is seeking a PRN Staff Pharmacist for its Specialty Pharmacy team. This role involves contributing to community well-being, acting as a trusted patient advisor, and ensuring efficient and effective pharmacy operations. Requirements

  • Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Successful completion of the Ohio state pharmacy board examination
  • Active, non-expired Pharmacist license with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) years of experience in the practice of pharmacy

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
  • Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
  • Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development
  • Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more
