About The Position
PRN Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity at Trailpoint Village PRN Availability for South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart The Speech Language Pathologist implements skilled speech-language services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and within the policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care
- Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans
- Develop discharge plans
- Contribute to case management
- Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
- Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning speech therapy services
