Requirements

• Possess at least a master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited institution
• Current CCC from ASHA
• Hold an active license from the Tennessee Board of Communication Disorders and Sciences
• Obtain and pass a background check before employment begins
• At least 1+ years of experience, with bonus points for working in a school environment (K-12)
• Passion for culturally responsive care and educational equity

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with AAC devices
• Experience with bilingual populations
• Experience with students with complex needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver articulation services to students
• Support high schoolers’ transition planning
• Collaborate with school teams to provide effective communication support
