About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Psychiatric Research Institute (PRI) consistently provides effective direct care to a variety of patients, will work as part of the interdisciplinary team, based on licensure, title and competencies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Arkansas.
• Excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, strong work ethic and accountability.

Nice To Haves

• 2 or more years of Registered Nurse experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective direct care to patients in the Psychiatric Research Institute.
• Work as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Seek and provide feedback for improved clinical practice.
• Integrate theory and research into clinical practice.
• Provide leadership to members of the nursing team to maintain patient care standards.
• Work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Services Manager (CSM).
