PRN RN Case Manager Chillicothe, Ohio Mileage Reimbursement National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a team of health care professionals that is unmatched in the area! Requirements
- Degree in nursing field as a registered nurse from an approved school of nursing.
- Minimum of two years as an RN.

- Home health/hospice experience preferred.
