About The Position

The PRN RN position at Baylor Scott & White Health offers registered nurses the opportunity to join the Reward Staffing Resource Team with complete flexibility in scheduling. This role allows nurses to choose their own facilities and work autonomously while providing high-quality care in various specialties such as ED, OR, ICU, Med Surg, and L&D. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in a BSN program required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant RN experience in specialty area.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire date per unit or specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in designated specialties including ED, OR, ICU, Med Surg, and L&D.
• Float across a minimum of three facilities in the BSW CTX Region as needed.
• Work a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including 1 major and 2 minor holidays.
• Maintain required certifications such as ACLS and BLS.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
