About The Position

MVP Recovery is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to provide follow-up medication management appointments in a PRN, primarily remote capacity. This role is focused exclusively on established patients and medication follow-ups, supporting continuity of care within our outpatient programs. This position operates under a fee-for-service (FFS) compensation model for billable clinical encounters, with an additional stipend for required non-billable time, including documentation, care coordination, and team communication. To support orientation and clinical alignment, the CRNP will be required to be onsite for approximately 2 hours bi-weekly to start. Over time, this role may transition to a hybrid model if clinically or operationally necessary, based on program needs and mutual agreement. This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling. Hours may adjust based on program needs. Ideal for a provider seeking remote, focused medication management work with limited onsite requirements.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted CRNP license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with outpatient medication management; psychiatric medication management experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort working in a telehealth environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up medication management appointments via telehealth.
