About The Position
This job works under direct on-premises supervision of a licensed physical or occupational therapist and according to detailed instructions, competency completion, policies and procedures, provides therapeutic modality treatments as assigned, prepares therapy areas and patients for treatments, and transports patients by use of wheelchairs and stretchers. Maintains all equipment and environment to assure that they are clean, operable, and safe. Performs isolation techniques as outlined in Infection Control policy. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
