About The Position

The Registration personnel is responsible for admitting patients, imputing patient information into the computer system, working the switch board, and verifying insurance coverage and benefits for patients. Provide financial counseling for each patient regarding any payments due at time of service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous registration or medical business office experience preferred.
• ICD 10 and CPT code knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to handle upfront collections.
• Must have the ability to work varied hours and days.

Responsibilities
