About The Position

Aurora Health’s WI Float Pool (Multi-Site) is seeking experienced Medical Surgical (Med Surg), Emergency Department (ER), and Critical Care (ICU) Registered Nurses to join our North Market Float Team. Support Sites: Zone 1: BayCare, Bay Area, Fond du lac, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, Sheboygan. The Float Pool RN will be part of a highly skilled, resilient, and versatile team committed to delivering quality, compassionate care across diverse patient populations. Adapt quickly to new environments and collaborate effectively with new teams. Coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic outcomes. Champion patient safety and experience in every setting. Demonstrate competency to work in all acute care facilities within the North Market. Requirements

• 2 years of hospital Med/Surg experience.
• 2 years of hospital ICU experience.
• 2 years of hospital ED experience.
• Must have BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications.
