About The Position

Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living is a partnership between Signature HealthCARE and Ballad Health bringing a new level of health care services to the Tri-Cities area. The new Princeton Transitional Care will provide a new home for skilled-nursing care and will add 60 assisted living apartments, 47 short-term skilled-nursing and rehab private suites. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide general office support including a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks.
• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders.
• Handle mail distribution.
