About The Position

Elite Care Management is seeking compassionate and skilled RNs and LPNs to provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes, particularly focusing on adult patients with Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and High-Acuity Patients. The role involves reporting to a Clinical Manager and utilizing core nursing skills to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• Valid Illinois Nursing license (RN or LPN).
• Relevant clinical experience in acute care settings or home health care.
• Familiarity with vents and trachs is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
