You are the dynamic, professional PRN Primary Care Physician we are looking for to serve patients in our Central Indiana locations (Anderson, Elwood, and Grant). Our commitment to whole person healthcare and your desire to help change our communities for the better will make us an amazing Team! This Physician will provide comprehensive health assessments, medical diagnoses of acute and chronic illnesses, write prescriptions and formulate treatment plans with an emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and disease management.
