Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a strong commitment to patient care and professional development.
- Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, with the ability to adapt to varying schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be a graduate from a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- A valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration is REQUIRED to begin employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients on an as-needed (PRN) basis, ensuring adherence to industry standards and R|O|C policies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides, ensuring consistency and excellence in patient care.
- Participate in case management, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners to support and grow client relations.
