Orchard View Post Acute is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team and help our residents regain strength, mobility, and independence. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Requirements
- Current PTA license in good standing
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility
- Monitor and document resident progress and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with the therapy and interdisciplinary care teams to support resident goals
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and motivating therapy environment
