This position is located at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis, 2001 W 86th St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46260. Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• State licensure
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
