About The Position

The PRN/Per Diem RN/LPN Nurse, Med Tech/PCA position at The Community at Rockhill involves providing essential nursing and personal care services to residents in a supportive and faith-based environment. Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in a nursing or personal care role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to residents as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities for residents requiring personal care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
