About The Position

Valley View Hospital is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible PRN
Pediatrician to join our integrated outpatient and inpatient pediatric program
serving families across Western Colorado.

This is a unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum pediatrics in a
collaborative, community-centered model that blends continuity clinic with
inpatient and newborn care.

You will join a team-based pediatric group committed to high-quality,
relationship-driven care, where physicians are supported, engaged in program
development, and able to practice at the top of their license.
This role is ideal for a pediatrician who values:
• Longitudinal relationships with patients and families
• Clinical variety across outpatient, newborn, and inpatient care
• Practicing in an independent health system with strong physician leadership

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Comfort managing newborn through adolescent populations
• Commitment to family-centered, relationship-based care
• Interest in rural/community health and access to care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in combined outpatient and inpatient practice

Responsibilities

• Outpatient pediatric care (newborn through adolescent)
• Newborn care and Level 2 nursery coverage
• Inpatient pediatric coverage
• Preventive care, developmental screening, and chronic disease management
• Coordination with specialists and regional partners
