About The Position

What Patient Concierge contributes to Cardinal Health Practice Operations Management oversees the business and administrative operations of a medical practice. This person will be assisting with Cancer Registry submissions as well as other back office projects related to EMR tasks clean up, medical record sorting and filing, as well as other duties as assigned. Customer service skills and attention to detail are important to this role's success. This position requires someone who is bilingual in Spanish. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, preferred
  • Prior experience working in a busy, fast-paced medical office setting highly preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish
