Caregivers in the ICU provide critical care for patients with life-threatening illnesses or injuries and have either sustained or are at risk of suffering the failure of one or more vital functions, systems, or organs. Patients in the ICU require rigorous care and monitoring to reverse their near-fatal conditions and temporarily support them while they recover. As a PRN Patient Care Nurse Assistant (PCNA), you will join a team that focuses on collaboration, teamwork, and excellent patient care helping to enhance your skillset caring for diverse populations of patients with varying medical needs and be a part of a multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing student as this is a PRN position that offers a flexible schedule and allows for a balance between school, work and life.
