PRN Outpatient Physical Therapist

BHMG Physical Therapy PRN PT Baptist Health Physical Therapy is part of the outpatient services of Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG) which is a comprehensive network that includes over 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians across Kentucky and Indiana. Job Summary: The PT evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic and implements an appropriate plan according to those needs utilizing the physician, community resources and the patient's support system. Utilize critical thinking skills for the care of the patient. Provides skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care. Requirements
- Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
- Outpatient Rehab, PT rehab, Physical Therapist, P.T.
Responsibilities
