What we are looking for We’re seeking mission-driven dietitians (RD, CNS, FMNS, or IFNCP) who: Are passionate about integrative and functional nutrition Thrive in a collaborative, growth-minded environment Have at least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care Hold current registration with CDR and licensure in at least one state (PA preferred) Are credentialed or open to being credentialed with insurance companies Want to spend more time with patients and less time running a business PA license and completion of major insurance credentialing required before start; this process may take 3–6 months.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 hours of availability is required per week
  • PA License is mandatory
  • Dietitians cannot have private practice.
  • At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care
  • Hold current registration with CDR and licensure in at least one state (PA preferred)
  • PA license and completion of major insurance credentialing required before start; this process may take 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Assess nutritional health of patients/clients using a functional and integrative approach
  • Implement Simplex Health protocols and materials in patient care
  • Document all new and follow-up appointments in the Healthie platform
  • Create and modify individualized nutrition care plans
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and thorough documentation skills
  • Communicate openly and effectively to resolve work-related issues or conflicts
  • Proactively contribute to team collaboration and support team decisions and outcomes
  • Respond to all patient communications in a timely manner
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Stay current and forward-thinking with emerging nutrition research
  • Maintain a minimum of 12 hours of availability per week
