About The Position

Legend Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Paris. This position offers a flexible PRN schedule and a chance to make a significant difference in the lives of our patients. The OT will be responsible for screening and evaluating patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders, developing care plans that adhere to regulatory and clinical standards. Utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices, the OT will provide rehabilitative treatment, administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, and adjust treatments based on patient progress and outcomes. Additionally, the OT will offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.
• Develop care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.

• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
