Develops a treatment plan for each patient that reflects results of the evaluation and makes recommendations for treatment. Provided quality treatment that is reflective of the stated goals in the treatment plan. Keeps medical records up to date, complete and in accordance with department and hospital guidelines for patients served. Meets productivity standards of the department. Is accurate and timely in charging for therapy services provided per department process. Participates in department and interdepartmental efforts to improve process and clinical treatment.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Certification in Occupational Therapy (Current registration held by the National Board for Certification or eligibility for immediate registration)
  • Registered State of Michigan Occupational Therapist
