About The Position

Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for Falcons Landing, a premier Life Plan Community in Sterling, VA. Therapists receive training and certification in specialty programs through CORE4+ and Wellness offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure

Responsibilities

• Screen patients
• Evaluate patients
• Re-evaluate patients
• Plan for patient discharge
• Make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician
