Requirements

• Current license from the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy
• Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred)
• Passion for educational equity and whole-child support
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Support students’ access to learning, independence, and well-being
• Collaborate with educators and families
• Participate in collaborative IEP teams
• Utilize shared assessments and tools
