About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide nursing care to terminally ill patients in a Hospice setting. This role supports the patient and family during end-of-life care and is responsible for delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in alignment with physician orders and the interdisciplinary group (IDG) plan of care.
