Requirements

• Must have a High School diploma or GED
• Pass a Department of Corrections Clean Background Check
• Pass Drug Screen – Company paid
• Get a PDD/TB Test – Company paid when possible
• Have valid driver’s license with favorable driving record
• Obtain a CPR certification shortly after starting

Responsibilities

• Monitoring patient movement
• Maintaining detailed logs
• Ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures
• Being the first point of contact for new patients
• Conducting intakes and orientations
• Administering drug screenings
• Overseeing medication dispensing
• Conducting random room checks
• Transporting residents as needed
