Requirements

• Master's degree in a social services discipline (required).
• Experience with direct case work (required).
• Eligible for DMH credentials (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive home-based services to families.
• Assist with family sessions.
• Conduct pre-admission assessments.
• Supervise visits.
• Transport clients as needed.
• Complete web-based documentation.
• Provide other PRN support as needed.
