Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient care and track progress
- Create nursing plans within state scope, facility guidelines, and provider direction
- Administer meds safely, accurately, and in line with clinical + correctional standards
- Carry out treatment plans with consistency and compassion
- Respond to emergencies, assessments, and anything requiring fast clinical judgment
- Stay sharp, stay calm, stay confident — even when the pressure peaks
