Requirements

• Master's degree in mental health field is required.
• Must be clinically licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) or close to completion of licensure.
• In-Home services experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to assigned teams and effectively implement Youth Villages treatment models.
• Provide training and coaching of theory and application of Youth Villages treatment models to personnel with various professional backgrounds.
• Assist organizations in ensuring the success of the treatment program including providing weekly telephone consultation.
• Provide ongoing training to the treatment teams.
• Provide consultation and training to supervisors and coordinate clinical development of staff with regional supervisors, managers, and directors.
