About The Position

We are actively recruiting and interviewing for a PRN Lab Technician that will assist in a variety of duties. Under the direct supervision of the Lab Manager, the technologist is responsible for providing laboratory services and working directly with technical or assistant staff performing tests in the clinical laboratory. Additionally, the responsibility also includes assisting the Technologists in daily duties and providing support for all areas in the Endocrine/Andrology laboratory, as well as for the IVF laboratory, as needed. The technologist also provides assistance with scheduling patients, accepting samples and performing all documentations related to Andrology/Endocrine lab work. Conduct all procedures in the Laboratories that the person is trained and certified (if certification is required) to do. Hours: Saturday, Sunday and holiday (rotations) 7:00am – 12:00 Duties: Perform and assist with laboratory procedures related to fertility care, including specimen handling and analysis. Prepare, label, and maintain samples in accordance with established protocols and quality standards. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and proper calibration. Document test results and maintain precise laboratory records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and ensure timely communication of results. Adhere to OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA guidelines while maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment. Support overall lab organization, inventory management, and quality control processes. Education and Experience: HS diploma or GED and Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Medical Technology, Chemistry of other applied science, required 1 year lab experience or qualify as a technologist under state (CHR) provisions and regulations . Requirements

• HS diploma or GED and Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Medical Technology, Chemistry of other applied science, required
• 1 year lab experience or qualify as a technologist under state (CHR) provisions and regulations
• Obtain and maintain necessary certifications
