Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure (required).
• CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• State Licensure per state requirements.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a psychiatric setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in crisis counseling and crisis evaluations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized plan of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
