About The Position

Join Elite Dental Care as a PRN Dental Hygienist! Are you an experienced RDH looking for flexibility while working with a premier clinical team? Elite Dental Care is seeking a high-caliber PRN Registered Dental Hygienist to support our locations in Germantown and Eads, TN! The Opportunity This is an as-needed (PRN) position designed for a seasoned professional who can jump right in and provide exceptional care. We are looking for someone to provide coverage at our Germantown and Eads offices, ensuring our patients receive consistent, high-quality preventative care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred; prior experience is required. At this time, we are not seeking new graduates for this PRN role.
• Current, valid Tennessee RDH license with required Nitrous Oxide and Anesthesia credentials.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• High proficiency with dental instrumentation and manual dexterity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision scaling, polishing, and periodontal charting.
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including oral cancer screenings and diagnostic x-rays.
• Provide individualized hygiene instructions and nutrition counseling.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA protocols.
