About The Position
We are please to announce the following open positions: PRN House Supervisor RN- Alternate Weekends This position's schedule will alternate every other weekend Responsible for the staffing, implementation and evaluation of nursing care for psychiatric and chemically dependent patients during each designated shift. Also, responsible for the operational and programmatic management of the designated shift; and assist in the professional growth and development of nursing staff, carries out supervisory responsibilities in according with the organization’s. This position is responsible for planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems when needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- Valid license with the Board of Nursing for the State of Florida
Nice To Haves
- Prefer three (3) years Clinical Psychiatric Nursing experience with one of those years including supervisory duties.
- Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
