About The Position

The PRN Hospice Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to terminally ill patients and their families, offering nondenominational counseling and grief support. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in spiritual care or counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide nondenominational spiritual counseling to patients and families as requested.
• Offer spiritual and emotional care to terminally ill patients.
• Support families with grief counseling after the patient's death.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to address the spiritual needs of patients.
• Respect and accommodate the diverse religious beliefs and cultural backgrounds of patients and families.
