About The Position
Position: PRN Home Health Registered Nurses (RN) Location: Pierce County, Washington Salary: $45-60 an hour, DOE Due to our rapid growth and new territory openings, we're hiring multiple RNs! Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
Nice To Haves
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive in-home patient assessments
- Develop care plans under primary care providers' orders
- Provide direct patient care per the plan of care and scope of practice
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in QAPI program for top-notch patient care
- Coordinate interdisciplinary home health services
