About The Position
At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy support in patients’ homes, helping them improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for PTAs seeking work-life balance or additional income.
Requirements
- Active Texas PTA license (required)
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
- Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
- Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
- Support patient goals and functional independence
