About The Position

The PRN RN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the Upstate is responsible for performing regulatory supervisory visits and completing occasional sign ups of new clients in an as needed capacity. This individual will work with the home care team to support the needs of our clients and meet regulatory Medicaid compliance. This is a build your own schedule, flexibile needs for client visits in our Upstate South Carolina region. The region covers: Spartanburg, Greer, Laurens, Greenwood, Pickens, & Anderson.

Requirements

• Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with clients of all ages with disabilities or community setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families in a community setting

Responsibilities

• Schedule your own visits as assigned/accepted
• Complete appropriate documentation with each visit
• Complete a clock in using State system - Authenticare
