About The Position

As a PRN employee with Connections Wellness Group, you must meet the following requirements to maintain your employment status: You must ensure that your available time is updated on the PRN availability calendar. Cannot deny three (3) provided shifts within each quarter. You must respond to coverage requests by leadership within 48 hours. You must attend all training/in-service in order to stay on top of process and policy updates. If you are unable to attend, you must communicate with your primary supervisor to ensure you receive the information.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field
• Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCDC) per state of practice guidelines
• Experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use, or equivalent experience
• Dual diagnosis background
• Experience working in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP)
• Thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.)
• Maintenance of adequate professional liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups
• Completing treatment plans and updates
• Active engagement with a dynamic treatment team
• Assisting in the development and implementation of a holistic, evidence-based curriculum that focuses on addressing patient symptoms and building necessary skills
