Located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with 12 facilities plus virtual therapy services, we are a leading mental health provider dedicated to offering comprehensive Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for both adults and adolescents. Day-to-day job functions include facilitating psychoeducational groups and process groups, completing treatment plans and updates, and active engagement with a dynamic treatment team. This team member will also assist in the development and implementation of a holistic, evidence-based curriculum that focuses on addressing patient symptoms and building necessary skills to assist our patients in connecting back to what matters most while establishing a clear path to long-term wellness.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field
• Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCDC) per state of practice guidelines
• Experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use, or equivalent experience
• Dual diagnosis background
• Experience working in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP)
• A thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.)
• Maintain adequate professional liability insurance
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Willingness to submit to a national background check
• Ensure that your available time is updated on the PRN availability calendar
• Cannot deny three (3) provided shifts within each quarter
• Respond to coverage requests by leadership within 48 hours
• Attend all training/in-service in order to stay on top of process and policy updates. If you are unable to attend, you must communicate with your primary supervisor to ensure you receive the information
